The whole nation along with MSME in particular are proud of your Govt. & appreciate their step by step prudent decisions & the much needed OXYGEN given to MSME YESTERDAY. Our sincere HEARTFELT THANKS FOR THE INITIATIVES.

Do we need more?  YES.  Given the situation we are in, the SKY too is not ENOUGH, but we are not asking the SKY for MSME, but a little more OXYGEN.

·       INCOME TAX/GST REFUNDS PENDING FOR VARIOUS REASONS – If GOI Instructs respective departments to release this, it will be of great help in infusing working capital, CASH, which is very much needed in this hour of crisis.

·       GST, PF, ESI, PT, IT & OTHER TAXES, PAST & ACCRUING – Request GOI to defer this for three months & provide installment facility thereafter without interest.  This is much needed, as RECEIVABLES HAVE STOPPED, NO NEW BUSINESS &SHUTDOWN.  EVEN RECOVERY TAKES THREE MONTHS AFTER RESUMPTION.  THE DEFERMENT OF THIS WILL HELP MSME TO KEEP UP THEIR STAFF & WORKERS’ SALARY PAYMENTS.

·       STAGGERED WORKING CAPITAL of 10% additional for three months, if MSME has a gap to fund SALARY, ETC., on as-needed basis.

·       FINALLY WE CITIZENS, MSME SHOULD ALSO HELP, SAY STARTING WITH RS.1/-.  I REQUEST HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER TO SET UP A NEW FUND – DISASTER DISEASE MANAGEMENT FUND, to cater to PRESENT, FUTURE DISEASE MANAGEMENT, MIGRANT DAILY WORK LABOUR, FOOD & SHELTER.
