It should also be uploaded on the company website \/ mobile app (if available).<br>\u2022 The deadline for completion of the above is October 22, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Must Be Displayed in the Extract of Form 5A<\/strong><br>The extract should include the following key details:<br>\u2022 EPF Code.<br>\u2022 Registered name of the establishment<br>\u2022 Date of commencement of EPF coverage.<br>\u2022 Number of branches and address of the main branch.<br>\u2022 Regional EPFO office the establishment falls under.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Why is this important?<br><\/strong>\u2022 Increases transparency and visibility for employees and visitors to verify the EPF registration.<br>\u2022 Helps EPFO\u2019s field inspections by ensuring information is prominently visible.<br>\u2022 Non-compliance of the above may attract legal scrutiny or penalties under the EPF &amp; MP Act, 1952.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Practices &amp; Tips<\/strong><br>\u2022 Regularly review and update the Form 5A details (if there is any change in ownership, branches, etc.).<br>\u2022 Maintain an internal compliance log with dates of display and uploads.<br>\u2022 Share the directive with HR, legal or audit teams so everyone is aware and aligned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t forget to share, like and comment if you found this insightful!
