A garment unit had established with a seed capital of 30 lakhs catering to the job work needs of the branded garment manufacturers, domestic and overseas. The company bagged an export order of 50 lakhs every three months for a confirmed period of 2 years, which was 200% profitable as compared to job work. However, the promoters did not have the required funds for purchase of exclusive machinery required and working capital for procurement of fabrics etc., and to meet the salaries and regular expenses. The company approached us as their strategic MSME partners to provide services. We planned the strategic finance plan and were successful in procuring them a packing credit limit for exports, against the order of 200 lakhs per annum without any collateral with ECGC coverage and export order and a loan of Rs. 100 lakhs for procurement of raw material at a concessional rate of 7% compared to the prevalent rate at that time of 16%. Further, we were able to get them MSME loan of 200 lakhs under CGTMSE for procurement of required machinery and working capital. This timely service helped the company complete its orders on time.
